The pupusas are good but they do lack more cheese. My only other complaint would be that it is cash only.

I ordered the revuletas, frijoles con queso and Chile con queso. All of them were incredibly delicious! The wait was about 20 min but it was made fresh. So if you're willing to wait, I'd say it's worth it for home cooked pupusas. Also they only take cash here so keep that in mind if you're planning to come by.

My critique will be a little harsh coming from the city of and family of Salvadoreans that make this cuisine. Is this the only spot I found in Midland that makes pupusas? Yes. Is it the best? No. Is it worth giving this spot an opportunity? Yes. The dish was lacking the cheese. The melted cheese that pours out from the pupusa. The ingredients that is stuff inside the pupusa felt under portion. Reasons why? I wouldn't know. It's probably the way it is made here in Midland. I like supporting family owned business. I do say give it an opportunity. Taste the culture. In regards to the service, the great-grand daughter made the pupusas. This is incredible? This might be the reason. Haha. Jk. She was very friendly, outgoing, and quick with the service. Give it a shot!

Was so delicious and I can't believe there's only one lady running the place she was super nice it is very hot in the place but it was definitely worth it they need a fan going and I hope lady taking care of herself during the summer season if I had money I definitely would help with some renovations to make the place cooler . But go support this business food is amazing
